To start a return, please contact us with your order details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

The refund will be issued using your original payment method

We take full responsibility for any issue caused by us.

If the product is:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect item received

We will fully refund or replace your order at no cost.

However:

If the damage is caused by incorrect use or improper application by the customer

The product is not eligible for refund or return.

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue is from our side)

We are confident in our product quality.
